Available Positions:

BCBA/ Sr. Consulting Supervisor

  • The Consulting Supervisor must have a Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • BCBA Certification or in process of obtaining BCBA is preferred.
  • The Consulting Supervisor is a dynamic, organized and outcomes-oriented individual with extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. He/she has a sound foundation and knowledge in the principles of ABA.

Behavior Interventionist

  • The Behavior Interventionist must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • The Behavior Interventionist is a personable, outgoing and flexible individual with experience working with kids, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities.
  • They have basic knowledge of ABA principles.

   Clinical Supervisor

  • The Clinical Supervisor will supervise Consulting Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists in guiding the clinical direction of the programs.  Assist in the development and implementation of ABEDI’s clinical procedures.  Develop and execute ongoing training for Consultants and BI’s.  Set and meet performance goals for case quality and billable time.  Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), provide program development, case management, supervision, parent training, review and analyze data.
  • BCBA Certification or in process of obtaining BCBA is preferred.

 

 Behavior Respite Companion

  • Provide behavioral respite in family homes or in the community for individuals with behavior challenges
  • Implement support plans for individuals based upon goals and objectives in the service plan
  • Maintain data and case notes as well as administrative documentation
  • Possession of Bachelor’s Degree in related field and a minimum of one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities OR at least 2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Possession of a current CA Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Must obtain fingerprints as proof of clearance to work with children by the Dept of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI via Livescan fingerprinting.
  • Must be able to accommodate varied schedules to meet client needs.  Hours provided could be mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends.

 PRIDE Mentor

  • Provide employment and community integration support for one to four adults with developmental disabilities
  • Assist in the job development process as described in the service plan
  • Maintain data and case notes as well as administrative documentation
  • Possession of Bachelor’s Degree in related field and a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities OR at least 2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Possession of a current CA Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
