Available Positions:
BCBA Consulting Supervisor
- The Consulting Supervisor must have or be working towards a Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field.
- BCBA Certification or in process of obtaining BCBA is preferred.
- The Consulting Supervisor is a dynamic, organized and outcomes-oriented individual with extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. He/she has a sound foundation and knowledge in the principles of ABA.
Behavior Interventionist
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or current RBT certification is preferred. RBT training offered to new employees.
- The Behavior Interventionist is a personable, outgoing and flexible individual with experience working with kids, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities.
- Must have basic knowledge of ABA principles.
- Flexible schedules including morning, day and evening sessions.
Behavior Respite Companion
- Provide behavior respite service within family homes or in the community to individuals with behavior challenges
- Implement support plans based upon goals and objectives in the service plan
- Maintain data and case notes as well as administrative documentation
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disability preferably those with significant behavior challenges. Knowledge of and/or basic understanding of the principle of Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
- Must be able to accommodate varied schedules to meet client needs.
PRIDE Mentor
- Provide employment and community integration support within 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 3, 1 to 4 staff to client ratio.
- Assist in the job development process as described in the service plan.
- Maintain data and case notes as well as administrative documentation.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disability preferably those with significant behavior challenges. Knowledge of and/or basic understanding of the principle of Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
- Must be able to accommodate varied schedules to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Current CA Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Livescan Fingerprinting (DOJ/FBI).
